By simplifying, you're not just clearing out physical space but also making room for new energy, growth, and peace of mind. The metaphorical "taking out the trash" was a significant act of letting go—not only of material possessions but perhaps of old attachments, negative energy, or emotional baggage.

I’m not a writer! I’m a designer. I just have lots to say…oh…all the time! I guess that comes with the gift of ADHD. 🤷🏼‍♀️

It sounds like you have a lot of creative energy flowing through you, which is a great thing! ADHD can certainly amplify that, making you more spontaneous and quick to think of new ideas. Since you're a designer, your mind might be constantly processing visuals, aesthetics, and concepts, which is a huge advantage in the creative world.
